Jacob Young returns to the multi-Emmy award winning daytime drama, THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL in the role of “Rick Forrester”. “Rick” is the debonair only son of fashion magnates “Brooke Logan” and “Eric Forrester”, portrayed by original cast members Katherine Kelly Lang and John McCook.

After taking a brief hiatus from daytime television to film a movie, Young joined the cast of General Hospital as “Lucky Spencer”, where he earned his second Emmy® nomination and his first win in 2002. A year later, Young joined the cast of All My Children as “JR Chandler”, where he earned another two Emmy© nominations. 

Young’s other television credits include guest starring roles on Hope & Faith and One Life to Live. He also appeared in the feature film The Girl Next Door and the made-for- television movie, The Beach Boys: An American Family. In 2006, Young fulfilled his dream of starring in a Broadway production when he landed the role of “Luminère” in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
