Nobody likes a tattletale: Susan Olsen admits she and her ex-husband used to grow marijuana, but that she left him.
Cindy Brady was a pot grower!
Susan Olsen, 53, who played pigtailed Cindy Brady on "The Brady Bunch," told news.com.au that she and her former husband used to grow marijuana hydroponically. But Olsen was never a passionate pot purveyor.
"I have never really enjoyed smoking it; it makes me very paranoid," she admitted. "But it was my husband's idea.

"Brady Bunch" cast members (from l.) Ann B. Davis, Maureen McCormick, Robert Reed, Florence Henderson, Eve Plumb and Susan Olsen are pictured in one of the "Hawaii" epsiodes — especially poignant as that state considers legalizing pot, which Oslen admits to once growing.
"It was really fascinating and I've always been into 'gardening' and it's such a complicated, wonderfully fascinating plant," she continued. "But that was one of the reasons why I did leave my husband, because it just bothered me too much that we were doing something so illegal."
Olsen also revealed that she knew her TV dad, Robert Reed, was gay when her mother explained it to her when she was nine. It seems that all the "Brady" kids knew but it was never discussed openly.

Susan Olsen portrayed youngest kid Cindy Brady.
"He never meant for us to know," she said. "He never had any intentions of coming out of the closet, and I think he might have been mortified to know that we knew."
And yes, Olsen confirmed she did have a crush on her 'stepbrother' Bobby. The two youngest used to steal kisses in Tiger's doghouse in between takes. Other longtime gossip about the cast: the older kids also hooked up with their same-age counterparts, but Barry Williams (oldest son Greg) carried a special torch for his TV mom (Florence Henderson) who always kept their relationship platonic.

The Brady family gathers on the iconic staircase.
Olsen also revealed that the show imitated real life in one regard: Maureen McCormick (Marcia) and Eve Plumb (Jan) never got along.
"I think it's kind of petty. From day one with these two, I have always been in the middle and now it's at the point where there isn't even a desire to communicate through me," she lamented.
