Celine Dion stars in a one-hour primetime special, CELINE DION:
THAT'S JUST THE WOMAN IN ME, to be broadcast Friday, Feb. 15 (9:00-
10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Taped before a live
audience at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles on Jan. 12, Dion
performs some of her greatest hits including "Because You Loved
Me," "My Heart Will Go On" and "Taking Chances" off her current
album, The Prayer with special guest, Grammy nominated
singer/songwriter Josh Groban, and "Eyes on Me" with multiple Grammy
Award winner will.i.am (Black Eyed Peas.) CELINE DION: THAT'S JUST
THE WOMAN IN ME is Celine's first concert since ending her five year
musical extravaganza, A New Day, in Las Vegas and her third special
on the Network.
Amid the intimately set concert, Celine Dion also engages the
audience in conversation about her past, present and future in
response to questions from VIP guests.
Celine Dion is considered one of the most widely respected and
successful performers in pop music history. Her combined albums have
sold over 180 million worldwide, and she has received numerous awards
including five Grammy Awards, seven American Music Awards, seven
Billboard Awards and nine World Music Awards. Most recently she was
given the Legend Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music at the
2007 World Music Awards.
Entertaining over three million people, Dion's "A New Day" concluded
on December 15th after 723 sold out performances at The Colosseum in
Caesars Palace. Dion embarks on her "Taking Chances" World Tour
beginning in February.
